Although vifm has many useful features right at the tip of its users' fingertips, there is no easy way of knowing about many of them without reading the documentation.

It would be useful to have suggestions appear as keys are pressed, displaying descriptions of what is available to the user.

I know that dwb and ranger have such a feature implemented. This is what ranger suggests when you type u:

ranger's suggestion

I like option suggestions in pentadactyl and zathura, they are quite useful. Key suggestions might be of use for new users (others probably will prefer to have it disabled because it can hide part of list of files). Thanks, this is worth considering.

If you would like to make a bug report or feature request consider using GitHub, SourceForge or e-mail. Posting such things here won't be considered as spam, but this is not a perfect place for it.
