Sometimes I want to use f/F to jump to a dotfile/dot-directory (I have a lot of these), but I can't because the filename starts with a dot. Is there any way to configure vifm to ignore the dot?
No, f and F always operate on the first character.
However, I think you might not be the first one to ask about dot files in relation to these keys, so maybe the behaviour is worth an option.
