Summary: check locale, font, terminal configuration; I've done everything I could for CJK from Vifm and pdcurses side and it still works in some terminals with some settings and not others.

I tried these changes, but it doesn't work.
anyway i find a new thing, i run vifm in wsl on the same terminal, and all is ok
