Will vifm 0.13 be packaged in debian?

Question

Debian unstable currently ships vifm 0.12-1, and has apparently not picked up on version 0.13.

From a look at the package page, the reason seems to be that the repository scanned by debian (https://salsa.debian.org/debian/vifm) is not up to date, and/or some uscan misconfiguration issue.

Do you know how to contact debian maintainers to get this sorted out?

There seem to be some configuration issues (I think GitHub updated HTML so version detection doesn't work anymore) but the actual reason is probably just lack of maintainer's time/interest, which is normal and understandable.

I pinged him, so maybe the package will see an update (it helped in the past).
