Highlight current column in miller-view

Consider the following:

Can you reliably tell which column is selected? :)

I propose to add a highlight group for it as CurrLine affects lines in all columns.

It's always the middle one :): There is AuxWin highlight group to adjust background of non-primary column, e.g. by shading them a bit as on this screenshot.

If you would like to make a bug report or feature request consider using GitHub, SourceForge or e-mail. Posting such things here is acceptable, but this is not a perfect place for them.
